Gurmukh B. is an experienced IT professional with over a decade of industry expertise. They embarked on their career journey in 2011 at NetSet Software Solutions, assuming various pivotal roles including Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO). As the CIO, Gurmukh effectively managed the IT team, set departmental objectives, maintained relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, and oversaw the company's software development requirements. Their role as CEO showcased a genuine dedication to building something remarkable from scratch, while as the CTO, they excelled in team building, devising strategies and action plans, managing budgets, establishing performance metrics, conducting performance evaluations, and more. In 2023, Gurmukh transitioned to The Indiana Group, where they presently hold the position of Director of Information Systems. Gurmukh B. possesses a diverse educational background. They completed their M.Sc. in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts, Business, Office, and Computers from Govt. College Gurdaspur between 1996 and 1999. Gurmukh has also acquired certifications from Microsoft and Sun Microsystems, earning the titles of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Sun Certified Java Programmer, respectively.
