I’m a seasoned manager of business operations possessing extensive experience in the IT domain. Having spent over eight years in the field of web development, I can effectively shape, direct, and manage processes, IT projects, and risks. Among other things, I spent three years as the Head of Web Projects Department operating within a multinational IT integrator and was responsible for operations management and the overall business development strategy across Russia’s North-West. Before that, I assembled and managed several web-development teams for local agencies and product companies. Now I am proud to be the CEO at Evercode Lab. On top of that, I teach a special course on Digital Project Management at the Epic Skills school. My principal mission in this respect is to help my students master how to plan and assess projects and risks. In my free time, I regularly launch various pet projects to learn new technologies and test fresh hypotheses. As for my hobby, it is my gradual work on assembling and improving a truly digitized and smart home.
