He is a technology visionary and business leader with profound technical knowledge, and accomplished management professional with substantial Leadership skills. Prior to Consilium, Pramod was Vice President at Aspect Software from 1999-2007, responsible for directing the company’s sales, services, field support and marketing operations throughout the Asia-Pacific, Greater China, Japan and Middle East regions. He was credited with building the AT&T (now Avaya) business in South Asia over 1990-1996 as part of the core team for the business communications division leading to JV with TATA group and guiding the establishment of Bell Labs set up in India. He anchored the development of a strategic Business plan for the South Asian Market and developed innovative new applications to meet customer requirements. He built a highly successful and profitable systems integration business in Singapore with over 1996-1999, leading to M&A with a large Singapore Conglomerate. Pramod holds Bachelor of Engineering with majors in Electronics and Communications and B.Sc (Hons) Degrees.
